1. Subscription Charges

All subscription fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable except where required by law. We do not offer refunds or credits for unused portions of a subscription or early cancellation.

2. Free Trials

If a free trial is offered, you must cancel before the trial ends to avoid being charged. Charges resulting from failure to cancel are non-refundable.

3. Exceptional Circumstances

In rare cases, refunds may be considered at our sole discretion where a verified technical issue caused by us prevents access to the Services. Any refund decisions are final.

4. Disputes
